Post and Courier: 8 years in the making, Southern Pressed Juicery gets new ownership

It was eight years ago that Olivia Esquivel approached Carl Sobocinski with an idea for a completely plant-based, raw-focused, cold-pressed juice bar.

At the time, the idea seemed like a bit of a stretch for Table 301 Restaurant Group, whose repertoire was more elevated dining experiences, composed dishes and full service.

It also seemed a bit of a stretch for Greenville.

But Esquivel made her case.
