Southern Pressed Juicery was born from a simple idea: whole, organic ingredients should be easy to access, easy to enjoy, and easy to fit into your everyday life. In a world where our schedules move faster than ever, nourishing ourselves often becomes the first thing to slip — and we feel it in our energy, our mood, and our overall wellbeing.

That’s why we set out to create more than a juice bar. We built a wellness space rooted in intentionality, clean eating, and the vibrant flavors of the Carolinas.

OLIVIA ESQUIVEL

Founder, Southern Pressed Juicery & Wildcrafted

Olivia Esquivel is the founder and co-owner of Southern Pressed Juicery, created from a simple but powerful belief: food can change lives.

Olivia brought her vision of a cold-pressed juice bar to life in partnership with Table 301, building a space where wellness feels approachable, flavorful, and rooted in real ingredients. As a mother and entrepreneur, she has always been passionate about helping others live healthier, more energized lives — and for Olivia, that journey began in the kitchen.

Alongside her husband, Anthony, Olivia has long been an avid juicer, but becoming a mother to Luca and Alessandro deepened her commitment to nutrition in a new way. She felt a responsibility to fuel her growing family with the highest-quality foods possible, and that personal mission soon became a larger calling.

A Cuban-American living in the heart of the South, Olivia recognized a major gap in fresh, plant-forward options and set out to create something different — a place where people from all walks of life could incorporate healthy, intentional eating into their everyday routines.

Today, Olivia and her team at Southern Pressed Juicery are making waves far beyond Greenville. Selected as a participant in the prestigious James Beard Foundation Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership program, Olivia has been featured in Southern Living, Vogue, Univision, New York Observer, and more.

In addition to leading Southern Pressed, Olivia is now recognized as a top global consultant for juice bars and cafés, helping entrepreneurs around the world bring their own wellness concepts to life through thoughtful strategy, operations, and brand-building.

I was introduced to Southern Pressed Juicery several years ago as a customer, and from my first visit, I was hooked. The team's friendliness and willingness to answer all my questions left a lasting impression. My first juice cleanse left me feeling amazing, and I could see the impact on my body. Knowing the importance of what we put into our bodies, I recognized the quality of Southern Pressed Juicery's juice and superfoods.

 Since that initial visit, I knew I wanted to be a part of Southern Pressed Juicery in some capacity. Partnering alongside Olivia Esquivel, a global juice bar consultant and owner of Southern Pressed Juicery, was a no-brainer. Southern Pressed Juicery has become a staple in the downtown Greenville scene, and I'm grateful to Olivia and the team for welcoming me.

 I'm excited about our future together, as our goal is to share Southern Pressed Juicery with as many people as possible by engaging with the community and expanding our customer offerings.
